Terms of Service

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These terms and conditions of the online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding document between the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") establishing the rights and obligations of the Parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement these Terms at any time. The Buyer will be informed about any changes to the Terms on the online store's website.

CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

2.1. The purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer places an order for goods in the online store, having previously acquainted themselves with these Terms.

SELLER'S RIGHTS

3.1. In case of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation, stability, or security of the online store or breaches their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the online store without warning.

SELLER'S OBLIGATIONS

4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the online store services under the conditions set by these Terms.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer using the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, according to the conditions set out in these Terms of purchase and sale.
4.3. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller cannot deliver the goods ordered in the online store, the Seller has the right to terminate the purchase-sale agreement after informing the Buyer. The Seller may offer similar product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the paid money within 3 business days.
4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right provided in clause 5.2 of these Terms, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid by the Buyer within 5 (five) business days from the day seller receives the returned goods. 
4.5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent back to the Seller, whichever occurs first.

BUYER'S RIGHTS

5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the online store in accordance with these Terms.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement concluded in the online store by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
5.3. The right referred to in clause 5.2 can only be exercised if the goods are not damaged or have not substantially changed in appearance and have not been used.

BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS

6.1. The Buyer is obliged to pay for the purchased goods and accept them according to the procedure set out in these Terms.
6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods at delivery without valid reasons, the Buyer must cover the costs of returning the goods at the Seller's request.
6.3. At the time of delivery, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the package and goods together with the Seller or the person delivering the shipment.
6.4. By using the online store, the Buyer confirms acceptance of these Terms and is obliged to comply with them.

PRICES OF GOODS

7.1. Prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros. Upon order confirmation, the shipping fee is added to the total price.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

8.1. The Buyer selects the desired goods in the online store and adds them to the shopping cart. After forming the cart, the Buyer enters personal details necessary to complete the order: full name, delivery address, phone number, and any additional information important for delivery. The Buyer confirms having read these Terms and confirms the order.
8.2. Payment can be made using electronic banking services and Visa/MasterCard payment cards. Payments are made in euros.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

9.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address when ordering goods.
9.2. The Buyer must accept the goods personally. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods personally, but the goods are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to complain about delivery to an incorrect person.
9.3. The Seller undertakes to dispatch the goods within 1–3 business days after payment.
9.4. All product specifications are provided in the description of each product. The color, shape, size, or other characteristics of the products may differ from the photos shown in the store.
9.5. If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase-sale agreement, all amounts paid by the Buyer, including shipping costs if the goods have not been dispatched, will be refunded. If the goods have been dispatched, the shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURNS

10.1. Quality goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Faulty goods may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be observed:
10.2.1. The returned goods must be in their original intact packaging (this does not apply when returning faulty goods);
10.2.2. The goods must not be damaged by the Buyer;
10.2.3. The goods must not have been used and must retain their appearance: labels intact, protective films not removed, etc. (this does not apply when returning faulty goods);
10.2.4. The returned goods must have the same set as when received by the Buyer (this does not apply when returning faulty goods);
10.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept returned goods if the return conditions are not met;
10.2.6. Returns must be made according to the Seller's procedure within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods (this does not apply when returning faulty goods – in this case, the return is made within the statutory warranty period);
10.3. Returns and exchanges of goods of appropriate quality are carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810, Part 1 of the Civil Code;
10.4. Refunds for returned goods are made to the Buyer’s account no later than 5 (five) days from the day the goods are returned to the Seller unless otherwise agreed.

FINAL PROVISIONS

11.1. These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. These Terms and the relations between the Parties regarding these Terms are governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.3. All disputes arising from the execution of these Terms shall be settled by negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
